Rumor: Apple is working on HDTV sets - Apple iTube?

13 October 2008 One Comment

We all know Apple will be launching something special tomorrow, and most likely it will be brand new MacBooks. However, here’s one rumor that’s definitely to be speculated. Jason Calacanis, in an interview with CNET claims that a source told him that Apple is working on a networked LCD HDTV with built-in Apple TV. Why Apple would jump into the HDTV market is strangely mysterious, but what’s interesting is the promise of an HDTV natively capable of streaming music and videos from your network.
