Ever thought BlackBerry would produce a clamshell phone like this? To most, the name BlackBerry have almost been imprinted in everyone’s mind as a bulky looking (those not familiar with its ‘range’ of bulky designs, may I suggest you click here…), style-limited mobile phone that businessmen and workaholics use so that they can keep in touch with their work on the go and during out of office hours. But now, BlackBerry has decided to twist your imagination abit so that you may think of them from now on as a brand that also offers phones that provide work functionality and style!

At the moment, we haven’t got many pictures or specs, but as soon as it becomes availabe from T-Mobile (not sure about the UK though), there should be more info, meanwhile check this out:

  • 320 x 240 Internal LCD display
  • 160×128 External LCD display
  • 2.0 MP camera
  • 802.11b/g Wi-Fi
  • A “Next Gen” SureType keypad
  • Bluetooth
  • 3.5mm headphone jack

With provisional specs like those mentioned above, it looks like BlackBerry really is just ‘kickstarting’ their clamshell series with an average market phone, nothing particular makes it special apart from the fact that it’s a BlackBerry, no 3G or anything though.
