Latest news: MonoTracer from last year’s Geneva Auto Show will soon be available…
Is it a car or is it a bike? There is probably still much debate on whether the MonoTracer should be classed as a bike, on the other hand, if it should be a car, then does it need training wheels? Well I can certainly assure you now that it doesn’t need any wheels to help it maintain balance for turns or straight roads but from the video I embedded below, it does seem that it has wheels that spring down from either sides to stop it from falling over when it parks!
The MonoTracer is highly capable of doing some quality speeds with its 130-horsepower BMW K1200 bike engine, speeds reaching as high as 155 miles per hour to be precise! After watching the video, I felt its design made it much more longer than any normal bike. The inside of it doesn’t necessary give you alot more space apart from having a proper driver seat which does seem quite comfortable, it is still a one passenger carrier vehicle.
The MonoTracer is set to hit the market this year with prices starting at $82,350 (though it’s a good looking, futuristic piece of gadget, to be honest that’s damn expensive for a bike!), this is probably round about the price a speed freak who doesn’t like to have his hair messed up might pay for - lol!
