Hands on pics of iPhone 1.2 / 2.0 beta from Engadget - check it out!!!

Guys at Engadget were fortunate to get hold of iPhone 1.2 / (2.0 beta), though not every new feature has been fully explored, much of what’s been spotted were relatively what was guessed not very long ago.

Here is what I can tell you about it so far…

  • There still isn’t a two-pane mail client (darn!)
  • Multiple mail message selection works
  • Major changes to the calculator function and interface, including a sideways scientific calculator

I think I really like the last three pics, its been a major feature that I’ve been looking forward to for quite a while, it’s too bad iPhone 1.2 / 2.0 won’t be here for a while though!
