Copy / paste function might be coming to the iPhone???

Copy and paste functionality coming to the iPhone???One very basic yet unavailable function that’s been in every iPhone user’s wish list might be finally coming to the iPhone in the next firmware update v1.1.3. We’ve all seen the latest iPhone firmware news and the pictures showing features that the general public now expects to see when the update arrives but apparently there is now even more.

It seems with all the fuss about sending mass texts, new google map features and all the icon dragging, etc, etc… some of us have stopped pondering when copy and paste would come in.

According to MacScoop, this update will come in quite soon “Apple will release an iPhone software update during MacWorld Expo 2008, well informed sources confirmed MacScoop.”

It’s also been suggested that although we know of a few features that will probably come up in the next update, there may well be others we haven’t yet a clue about. For example, the update should provide better stability and performance for the device which sometimes suffers from UI glitches and application hangs in its current version.
